Shipping and Delivery Policy
This policy explains how shipping is arranged for physical goods supplied by Crestalis Lane LLC. The serviceable destination, shipping method, cost, and shipment timing are confirmed before you accept and pay for an order.
Submitting an order request does not start a shipment or reserve inventory. A manager checks the requested items and delivery address, then confirms the complete offer with you.
1. Delivery destinations
The order-request form is designed for U.S. delivery addresses. Serviceability must be checked for the specific destination and items. We do not advertise that every ZIP code, remote location, post-office box, military address, or territory is supported. If a destination cannot be served, we tell you before accepting payment.
2. Availability and preparation
A manager checks item availability, quantities, specifications, and any sourcing requirements. An item shown in the catalog is not a representation of real-time stock or a promise of immediate dispatch. Preparation steps and any supplier lead time relevant to the offer are explained before purchase.
For a sourcing or service-only offer, the approved scope states whether physical shipment is included and what deliverables are to be provided.
3. Shipping prices and order total
Shipping is identified separately from the displayed item or service price when it applies. The quote states the shipping charge and any applicable tax or government charge before payment. We do not use a later undisclosed handling charge to increase the advertised price.
If you ask for additional optional delivery services, their availability and cost require your approval. A changed address, quantity, or specification may require a revised offer before the change is accepted.
4. Shipment estimates and commitments
The written confirmation identifies the shipment timing we can reasonably support for the order. Dispatch and estimated transit are separate: a shipment estimate concerns when goods leave for you, while a transit estimate concerns the carrier’s journey. We do not publish a general delivery guarantee or a made-up universal shipping period.
Applicable legal shipping requirements continue to apply, including default requirements where a seller has not made a clear shipment representation. Calling a paid transaction a request does not avoid those obligations.
5. If a shipment is delayed
If we cannot ship within the applicable agreed or legally required time, we notify you and provide the choice required by law to accept a revised shipment arrangement or cancel and receive the appropriate prompt refund. If we cannot fulfill the unshipped order, we cancel it and refund the amount required by law. A later delay is addressed with a renewed notice and choice where required.
We keep the communication tied to your actual order rather than assume that a carrier or supplier problem removes our obligations. You may contact us with your order reference if a confirmed shipment date has passed.
6. Address accuracy and delivery access
Review your recipient name, street address, unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and delivery contact before approving the order. Address suggestions are a convenience, not a guarantee that an address is valid or serviceable. Manual entry is available.
Tell the manager about delivery restrictions, access appointments, stairs, or other information that may matter for the items requested. If you need to change the address, contact us promptly; we confirm whether the shipment can still be changed and disclose any permitted cost before you agree to it.
7. Tracking and multiple packages
When a shipment has tracking or a carrier reference, we provide the available details. Some larger or multi-item orders may use more than one package or shipment. Any proposed split shipment, schedule, and associated shipping charge are explained in the order confirmation or later agreed change.
A tracking status is useful evidence but does not by itself resolve a report of missing or incorrect goods. We review delivery issues with you and the fulfillment or carrier information available.
8. Damage, missing items, or non-delivery
Contact us when goods arrive damaged, an item is missing, the shipment is incorrect, or delivery is disputed. Include the order reference and a description; photographs of the item, label, and packaging may help when practical. Keep packaging while the issue is being reviewed if it is safe to do so.
We investigate and explain the available lawful remedy. We do not require you to surrender statutory rights because a carrier marked a package delivered or because a short internal reporting preference has passed. Our Returns and Refunds Policy describes the return process.
9. Collection, installation, and returns
Collection, furniture assembly, installation, removal of existing items, special freight access, and return shipping are included only if stated in the accepted offer. Our published business address should not be treated as an agreed collection point or return destination without instructions.
Contact us to request an amendment, cancellation, or return before sending goods anywhere. The applicable order terms and mandatory consumer rights govern the outcome.
10. Shipping questions
Use your order reference and the recipient ZIP code when asking about a shipment. Never include payment credentials in an email or a shipping note.
