1. Who is responsible for your information

This policy covers our website and our communications about your inquiry or order. A payment provider or another website may have a separate privacy notice for its own services.

2. Information you provide

We receive the information you choose to enter, including your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, requested items, quantities, preferences, and messages. If you request a return or report damage, you may also provide an order reference and relevant product or packaging photographs.

Our request form asks for a payment preference rather than payment credentials. Please include only information needed to understand and fulfill your request. If another person will receive an order, provide their details only when you are authorized to do so.

3. Information generated by the storefront

The storefront and hosting services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, page requests, security logs, cart contents, and records of cookie choices. Some information is needed to load pages, retain an order-request cart, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors.

Shopify provides the storefront platform and processes information required to operate its services. Your browser may also offer address autofill under its own settings. Typing in the street-address field sends that address fragment and connection information to the public Photon service operated by komoot, using OpenStreetMap data. Selecting a suggestion fills available fields. Turn off suggestions beside the field to enter details manually. This implementation sends these requests without cookies and retains no address-search history.

4. Why information is used

• To respond to inquiries and prepare an accurate itemized quote.
• To confirm availability, model, quantity, delivery arrangements, and payment instructions with you.
• To coordinate an accepted order, shipment, return, refund, or customer-service issue.
• To protect the storefront, investigate misuse, maintain required business records, and meet legal obligations.

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to promotional messages. We do not require consent to optional advertising in order to request a quote.

5. Who may receive information

Information needed for an inquiry or order may be processed by our hosting platform, business email services, suppliers, fulfillment providers, and carriers. The amount shared is limited to the purpose: for example, a carrier needs delivery details, while a supplier may need an approved product specification.

If payment is later arranged, the disclosed provider handles the transaction under its own terms. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate fraud, or establish legal rights. Customer contact and order details are not offered for sale through this order-request storefront.

6. Cookies, choices, and browser signals

Use the Cookie settings control to accept optional categories, reject optional categories, or change a previous choice. Necessary cart, consent, and security storage may remain active to provide requested functions. Optional analytics and marketing are not a condition of shopping.
