This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage used with the Crestalis Lane storefront, the choices available to you, and the relationship between necessary functions and optional processing.

You can accept optional categories, reject optional categories, or choose categories separately. Necessary cart, security, and consent storage remains available to support the functions you request.
1. What cookies and browser storage do
Cookies are small records stored through your browser. Similar storage, such as local storage, can retain a setting on your device. These technologies can support a cart, remember a preference, protect a form, or—when enabled for that purpose—measure usage or support advertising.
This policy covers the purpose of the technologies used with the storefront. The names and duration of platform cookies can depend on the Shopify services, your browser settings, and features actually enabled.
2. Necessary functions
Necessary technologies support the storefront and the services you request, such as retaining your cart, security and fraud prevention, form handling, and recording whether you accepted or rejected optional categories. They are not used as a reason to activate unrelated advertising.
Because these technologies provide requested or security-related functions, they are not turned off by rejecting optional categories. You can still change your browser’s storage settings, although doing so can prevent the cart or request form from working as expected.
3. Preferences and optional functionality
Preference storage can remember optional choices that make a later visit more convenient. You can decide whether optional preferences are allowed through Cookie settings.
If an address-suggestion provider is enabled and you choose to use that functionality, the address fragments you enter and the connection information needed for the request are shared with the provider to return suggestions. You may enter your address manually instead. A browser’s own autofill operates under your browser and device settings.
4. Optional analytics
Analytics can help a business understand visits and page performance when an analytics service is actually enabled. Optional analytics is subject to the choice presented in the consent controls. An analytics category is not a statement that a particular third-party tracker has been installed.
Rejecting optional analytics must not stop you from browsing products or submitting a lawful order request. If an additional analytics service is introduced, its use must match the information and choices provided to visitors.
5. Optional marketing and sale preferences
Marketing technologies may support advertising or measurement when such services are actually configured and permitted by your choice and applicable law. They are not necessary to submit an inquiry or receive an order quote. The storefront does not require you to accept advertising to contact the business.
Where relevant, sale and targeted-advertising opt-outs remain off when you reject those purposes. Changing a category is a choice about processing, not consent to receive unrelated promotional calls, texts, or emails.
6. Making and changing your choice
The cookie banner provides choices to accept optional categories, reject optional categories, or review settings. The Cookie settings control lets you revisit the choices later. A consent record is stored so that the storefront can apply the choice in that browser.
A changed choice applies to future optional processing. Your browser may retain records already stored by a platform or another domain; you can remove those records through browser controls. The site must not reload a rejected optional service merely because the banner was closed.
7. Global Privacy Control and browser settings
Where applicable, the storefront treats a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an instruction to keep sale and targeted-advertising processing off for the browser sending it. You can also use the site controls and contact us about privacy choices.
Different browsers, private-browsing sessions, and devices may have separate storage and signals. Clearing storage can remove the remembered consent choice and cause the banner to appear again. A general “Do Not Track” setting is not necessarily the same technical signal as Global Privacy Control.
8. Shopify and other providers
Shopify supplies the storefront platform and may use cookies or related records to deliver hosting, cart, security, and other enabled platform functions. Third-party functionality should be activated consistently with the storefront’s stated purposes and choices.
If you follow a link to a carrier or a later payment provider, that provider’s service may use its own technologies and controls. This storefront’s cookie selection does not change an independent provider’s browser settings or account preferences.
9. Privacy information and updates
Cookie-related information can be personal information when linked to a visitor or device. Our Privacy Policy explains contact and order information, providers, retention, and privacy requests.
We update this policy when the storefront’s practices change. A newly added optional service must be reviewed against the available consent controls and described accurately before it is used. The effective date identifies this published version.
10. Cookie and privacy contact
Contact us if a cookie choice does not appear to work or if you want information about the personal data connected with a request. Include the browser or device type and the issue rather than a password or payment credential.
