Order Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to withdraw a request, ask to change an accepted order, or cancel goods or services arranged through Crestalis Lane LLC.
Before you accept a manager-confirmed offer and meet the agreed payment conditions, the website submission is an unpaid inquiry. You may withdraw that request without a cancellation charge.
1. Request, accepted offer, and fulfillment are separate
The order-request cart helps you tell us what you want. A submission receipt is not a paid order confirmation. The manager first checks the request and explains the actual goods or services, availability, total price, timing, and applicable terms.
An accepted offer and its agreed payment conditions establish the order. The point at which procurement or fulfillment may begin is identified in that offer, rather than inferred from a click on the website.
2. Withdrawing an unpaid request
Contact us with the request reference, your name, and the email used in the form. Tell us that you want to withdraw the request or no longer need the quote. No cancellation fee is charged for withdrawing an unpaid, unaccepted inquiry.
If a manager has sent a quote that you have not accepted, you can decline it. You are not subscribed to a service by submitting a request.
3. How to ask to cancel an accepted order
Contact support@crestalislane.com promptly with your order reference, the relevant items or services, and whether you want a full cancellation or a change. We check the status of procurement, preparation, shipment, and any completed service work, then explain the result.
We do not promise that a parcel can be recalled after dispatch. We also do not treat an unreviewed cancellation message as a new payment authorization. Keep copies of the request and our reply.
4. Before shipment or service work begins
Where cancellation remains possible, we confirm the cancellation and identify any refund due under the accepted terms and applicable law. We do not invent a cancellation fee after the event.
A proposed deduction is considered only when it is lawful, supported by the actual circumstances, and was clearly agreed before purchase. A fee cannot be used to keep an amount that must be refunded by law.
5. Special procurement or work already started
An approved custom or sourcing scope may authorize specific procurement or service work to begin. The quote should explain any cancellation implications before payment, including separately identified deliverables or authorized third-party commitments.
If cancellation is requested after that point, we review what was actually done and what can reasonably be stopped. A special-order label alone does not make every payment nonrefundable or remove rights relating to nonperformance, defects, misdescription, or a required refund.
6. After dispatch or delivery
If goods have already been dispatched, we explain whether a carrier change or interception is available and whether a return process is needed. Any optional extra cost must be disclosed and agreed. If the goods arrive, follow the instructions for the particular return.
Our Returns and Refunds Policy applies to return requests and product issues. Do not refuse delivery as a substitute for obtaining instructions where doing so could cause avoidable loss; statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Shipment delays or inability to fulfill
Where an applicable shipping deadline cannot be met, we provide the delay choice and cancellation/refund opportunity required by law. If we cannot fulfill unshipped goods, we cancel and provide the legally required refund. We do not use a supplier delay to avoid those obligations.
A material proposed substitution, change in scope, or new price requires your agreement. If you do not agree to the revised offer, the consequences for the original order are addressed under the accepted terms and law.
8. Partial cancellation and bundles
A request to remove part of an order is reviewed against the accepted quantity, bundle contents, service scope, and fulfillment status. We explain any resulting change to a genuine bundle or shipping arrangement before you approve it.
We do not impose an undisclosed penalty or hidden mandatory fee because part of a request has changed. A revised quote is provided when a new scope is proposed.
9. Confirmation and refunds
We send a clear outcome identifying what has been canceled, what remains active, and the amount and method of any refund due. Refunds are processed promptly within applicable legal deadlines. A provider’s posting time may differ from the time we process a refund.
This process does not prevent you from exercising a statutory cancellation right or a payment-provider dispute right. If a cancellation or refund appears unresolved, send the original reference and the prior correspondence.
10. Cancellation contact
Use “Cancellation request” in your message and include the order or request reference. Do not include card numbers or account credentials.
