Bulk Orders and Fulfillment Policy
This policy applies to larger quantities, bundled procurement, and fulfillment coordination arranged by Crestalis Lane LLC. The written offer identifies the actual goods, service scope, quantities, delivery plan, and total for your order.
A large-order inquiry is reviewed before payment. No volume discount, inventory reservation, shipping appointment, or supplier commitment is implied by submitting the request.
1. Scope of a bulk or coordinated order
A larger order may combine goods, product bundles, sourcing, packing, and delivery coordination. The approved scope distinguishes the goods from any separately offered coordination service. Individuals and households may request larger orders; the category title does not automatically make every purchaser a wholesale account.
Any minimum quantity, packaging arrangement, or special condition must be stated in the offer. We do not assume a minimum purchase or a business-account qualification that has not been disclosed.
2. Information needed for review
Tell us the item or category, quantity, intended delivery location, desired specification, and any essential timing or access requirements. For several recipients or destinations, identify the arrangement you want reviewed without sending more personal information than necessary.
The manager checks availability and feasibility, then clarifies the scope before asking you to approve an offer. An illustrative pallet or bundle image is not a representation that the pictured inventory has already been assembled or reserved.
3. Written quote and transparent pricing
The offer identifies item quantities, unit or bundle prices, the defined service scope, shipping, and applicable government charges. Displayed prices for a stated scope include mandatory charges. We do not add a hidden coordination, handling, or processing fee after the advertised price.
Volume savings are included only when actually offered. A different quantity, configuration, optional service, or destination may require a separate approved quote. For a genuinely indeterminate service, the determining factors and mandatory charges are explained before you commit.
4. Availability and customer approval
Availability is checked for the quantity and specification requested. An inquiry does not reserve goods or authorize a supplier purchase. The manager confirms the actual order description and seeks your acceptance before the agreed procurement or payment stage.
If sufficient quantity is unavailable, we explain the issue. A proposed alternative, reduced quantity, or changed specification requires your approval; it is not treated as an equivalent item automatically.
5. Payment stages and records
The written offer explains the payment amount and method available for the order. A deposit, balance, or milestone is used only when expressly agreed before payment, with its purpose and relevant cancellation terms clearly stated.
The website form records a payment preference and does not collect financial credentials or authorize a debit. Keep the accepted quote, payment confirmation, and written amendments so that the goods and services paid for can be identified.
6. Packing, split shipments, and delivery access
We confirm whether goods will be sent in one shipment or several, and explain the proposed packing and delivery arrangement. Where multiple shipments or appointments are involved, the agreed schedule and shipping charges are identified before payment or before an approved change.
Tell us about address details, receiving hours you need us to consider, building access, stairs, freight restrictions, or an appointment requirement. Assembly, installation, unpacking, and removal services are not assumed to be included; any such service requires an explicit offer.
7. Timing and changes during fulfillment
Shipment and coordination timing is based on the confirmed scope and information available. We distinguish preparation or procurement from dispatch and carrier transit. We do not promise an unsupported universal completion period.
If a shipment deadline cannot be met, applicable delay-notice, cancellation, and refund duties apply. A manager explains a proposed material change and seeks agreement. Supplier or carrier involvement does not remove our responsibilities for the accepted order.
8. Receiving and reporting a problem
When practical, check the delivered quantity and visible condition, and retain relevant packaging while an issue is reviewed. Report damage, missing components, incorrect quantities, or non-delivery with the order reference and useful photographs or delivery details.
We compare the report with the approved order and fulfillment information and coordinate the appropriate lawful remedy. A delivery signature, shipment scan, or internal reporting preference does not automatically remove rights concerning defective, missing, or misdescribed goods.
9. Changes, cancellations, and returns
A request to change or cancel all or part of a coordinated order is reviewed against what was agreed and what has actually been procured, performed, or dispatched. Any lawful deduction or optional-return restriction must have been disclosed before payment; no automatic blanket nonrefundability is imposed.
The applicable item-specific return terms and mandatory rights remain available. See our Order Cancellation Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Product Sourcing and Special Orders Policy.
10. Coordination contact
Use “Bulk order” or “Fulfillment coordination” and your reference in correspondence. Include the essential quantity and destination requirements, and keep payment credentials out of the message.
