Payment and Billing Policy
Crestalis Lane LLC uses a manager-reviewed order-request process. This policy explains pricing, payment preferences, billing, and what happens before any payment is requested.
No payment is taken when you submit the website form. A manager first verifies the requested items and contacts you to confirm the order and the available payment arrangements.
1. Order requests do not authorize a charge
The cart and request form collect the items you want reviewed and the information needed to prepare a written offer. A receipt confirms the inquiry was transmitted, not that a purchase was accepted or a payment authorized.
There is no recurring payment, automatic subscription, or saved-card enrollment created by this form. We do not request card numbers, card security codes, bank login information, or account passwords in the storefront request fields.
2. Currency and displayed prices
Catalog prices are in U.S. dollars. The price for the stated item or defined service scope includes its mandatory charges. Shipping and applicable government charges, including sales taxes, are separately identified before payment when they apply. We do not add a hidden mandatory processing or handling fee.
If you request a different product configuration, quantity, optional service, or custom sourcing scope, we explain the new scope and its quoted total before you agree to it. A manager review is not permission to raise the price of the same accepted offer without your agreement.
3. Written offer before payment
The manager confirms the relevant model or deliverables, quantity, availability, shipping arrangements, applicable taxes, return conditions, and total amount. Where a deposit, milestone, or balance arrangement is appropriate, the written offer must state the amounts, payment timing, and relevant cancellation terms before you accept.
If a service price genuinely cannot be determined in advance, the offer explains the factors used to determine it and any mandatory charges. A customer must approve the scope and arrangement before paid work is authorized.
4. Payment preferences and logos
The website may let you indicate a preferred card network, digital wallet, online payment service, or bank-transfer method. Logos and icons help identify the preference. They do not state that every method is enabled, authorize a transaction, or imply an endorsement of Crestalis Lane by the named provider.
The manager confirms which methods are actually available for your accepted order. If your preferred method is unavailable, you may discuss an available option before deciding whether to proceed. We do not represent an unconfigured payment method as a live payment facility.
5. Payment instructions and provider terms
Use only the verified instructions for the accepted order. The manager identifies the payment provider or receiving details, the amount, and the order reference. Check that the business and amount match your approved offer before completing a payment.
A payment provider may apply its own account, security, eligibility, and processing rules. No bank or payment-provider approval is guaranteed by this website. Do not send payment credentials through a contact message or ordinary email.
6. Taxes and billing details
Provide accurate billing and delivery details so that applicable taxes and shipping can be determined. The final offer identifies the tax and shipping amounts or explains the applicable calculation before payment. A displayed subtotal is not a claim that shipping or legally applicable tax is zero.
If you request an invoice correction, contact us with the order reference and the correct information. Any exemption request is reviewed using appropriate supporting documentation and applicable rules; an exemption is not assumed merely because an order is large.
7. Receipts, payment status, and errors
Keep the written order confirmation, payment confirmation, and related correspondence. We reconcile a payment to its approved order before proceeding according to the agreed terms. If an amount appears wrong, duplicated, or unrelated to your order, contact us promptly.
A request receipt or manager conversation is not proof that money was received. We confirm the relevant payment status using the actual transaction information. We do not ask you to pay a second time simply because a message was delayed.
8. Cancellations and refunds
An unpaid request can be withdrawn without a payment refund being needed. Once a paid order exists, cancellation and return outcomes follow the accepted terms and applicable law. We process a refund due promptly within the applicable legal deadline and identify the amount and transaction concerned.
See our Order Cancellation Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. We do not require store credit instead of a monetary refund that is owed.
9. Suspicious instructions and lawful disputes
If a message asks you to pay an unexpected recipient, change bank instructions, share a security code, or disclose a password, pause and verify it using the contact details published here. Information supplied in the order-request form must not be treated as payment authorization.
You retain any applicable right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with your issuer or payment provider, seek regulator assistance, or use a court with proper jurisdiction. Contacting us does not shorten a statutory dispute deadline.
10. Billing contact
Send the order reference and a description of the billing issue. If a transaction reference is needed, share only the limited non-sensitive details requested through an appropriate channel.
